Soy Luis. I'm a Creative Director with a proven record of building, managing and developing in-house and agency teams. I have 10+ years of experience across the entire spectrum of advertising, marketing and communications. As a CD performing both art direction and copywriting, I’ve worked with some of the world's most iconic brands to define their purpose, tell their story and find relevance in culture. I'm passionate about social impact and the transformational power of brands when used to make a difference in people's lives.
I can write, art direct and think strategically. I’ve worked at Ogilvy, Havas, Heavenspot (M&C Saatchi) and I have a Masters degree from New York University in Graphic Communications & Technology.
I deliver big ideas while paying attention to the smallest details. Over the course of my career, I’ve built global brand platforms. I took over Grand Central Terminal and Union Square. I wrote, developed and directed a campaign that William Shatner thought was actually funny. I helped Busy Phillipps claim her throne as the realest Instagram mom. I won a global pitch for Workday by helping them uncover what they do best. I helped a telco brand completely reimagine itself and rally behind empathy. Shot two different TV and digital campaigns with cats and dogs (like dogs better). I made a wall talk. I’ve worked with teams, vendors and clients in London, New York, Chicago, Toronto, Shanghai, and Seoul.
