Business travel looks very different nowadays — it’s customized, flexible and adaptable. This insight was behind Crowne Plaza’s strategy to attract modern travelers, starting with the complete overhauling of shared spaces, amenities and facilities in their hotels. I developed a digital and social campaign to enhance and augment their current brand efforts and drive consideration and ultimately bookings within North American properties.
We developed a series of concepts that took advantage of native platforms, using them to tell mini-stories about the way business travel looks in 2019. It’s co-working spaces, blended lifestyles, productivity and self-care. These stories came to life in a variety of videos, slideshows, carousels and quick-tap units.
